SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Default Dispatch Term (EX WORKS)

Unless agreed otherwise, all orders are dispatched EX WORKS (EXW) from our warehouse in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The Buyer is responsible for transport, insurance, and costs from the handover point.

2. Handover Options

Standard handover is at our Jebel Ali warehouse. Alternative handover points (e.g., Dubai South or agent handover) require written agreement.

3. Payment Condition

EG Automotive does not load/dispatch goods without full payment or sufficient agreed coverage.

4. Order Processing

Stock items typically require up to 7 business days for dispatch readiness.

5. Made-to-Order / Booking Logic

Lead times are estimates based on supplier confirmation. If delays occur, we will provide a revised timeline. If a supplier refuses cancellation, risks are shared.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For cross-border shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the Buyer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs are not considered dispatch delays.

10. Storage and Unpaid Goods

If goods remain unpaid for more than 1 month, EG Automotive may apply security deposits or charge for storage/handling.
