2. Policy Statement

EG Automotive does not conduct business involving countries, territories, or entities subject to sanctions/embargoes by the UN, EU, US, or other competent authorities.

3. Restricted Countries and Territories

3.1 Trade Embargoed / Comprehensive Sanctions

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, DNR, LNR).

3.2 Targeted Sanctions / High-Restriction Jurisdictions

Includes Belarus, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Sudan, Yemen, and others listed in the full policy.

4. Prohibited Parties

We prohibit dealings with individuals/entities on sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC SDN) and entities owned/controlled by them.

6. Supplier Commitments & End-Use

EG Automotive is bound by supplier restrictions. Mention of a brand/part does not guarantee supply to all regions. Written confirmation is required for specific destination/end-use requests.

7. Prohibited Activities

Transactions with restricted countries, facilitating payments linked to them, or evading sanctions are strictly prohibited.
